Sponsorship
Partnering with the Golf 4 Sight Invitational along with other sponsors has many benefits. The most compelling is that 100% of all money raised at this event will help fund the many sight and hearing related services that the Lions Sight and Hearing Center provide to Southern Oregon. Your corporate partnership sends a message of hope to people with sight and hearing related issues who struggle to maintain the most basic standard of living. We ask that you join the business community and health care providers of our region to improve the quality of life here in Southern Oregon.
Supporting Sponsorship $4500
Media exposure: Name/Logo recognition in promotional advertising, which includes television, radio, and print media.
Promotional Materials: Name/Logo recognition on promotional materials, including posters, entry forms, save-the-date post cards, and a full page advertisement in the official 2011 Golf 4 Sight Invitational Program.
Event Recognition: Your Company will receive one individual tee/green sign as well as signage and announcement at the Award Luncheon following the tournament. Your company may setup a booth/table to feature your products and services on the day of the event, as well as include any promotional materials in the players' Tee Packages (144 Players). Finally, your company is given the right to feature your sponsorship of the event in your own advertising, publicity, promotion, and merchandising.
Game/Contest: By providing a prize for a longest hole drive or putting contest your company will get additional name recognition and exposure on the day of the event by being the sponsor of one of several game/contests.
Player Entries: Supporting Sponsorship includes four (4) individual player entries into the tournament. These entries can be given to employees or customers, used as prizes in company drawings, incentive programs, employee or vendor recognition programs, or however you choose to use them.
Individual Players: Each player is eligible for all on-course prizes, unlimited range balls, shared golf cart, free on-course refreshments, great tee prizes, souvenir team photo, and entry into all team games/contests.
Award Luncheon: Your Company will receive one reserved table of eight for the team members and their guests at the Award Luncheon with preferred seating. Additional tickets can be purchased for $15 each. The Award Luncheon and silent auction will be held under the terrace immediately following the event at the Eagle Point Golf Club.
Exclusive Award Luncheon Sponsorship $3500
Additional Name Exposure: As the Exclusive Award Luncheon Sponsor you are entitled to prominent signage and name recognition before & during the Award Luncheon & silent auction, which takes place immediately following the event.
